Activity Support Coordinator
The office is based in Lisnaskea but we plan to move to Enniskillen later this year. The Activity Support Coordinator will be required to travel locally as part of the role.
Brighter Futures is a Big Lottery funded early intervention project for children aged up to 12 years old with a disability and their families. We provide social opportunities and a range of activities such as arts and crafts, cookery, swimming, sports, eating out, accompanying children to the cinema or soft play area, bowling, and going to the cinema and shops. We pride ourselves on being a person centred service and therefore our activities are planned around the children's likes and abilities.
What we need you to have
- 6 months experience of supporting young people with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autistic spectrum condition
- A full driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes* to transport people supported
- Have some experience of organising events or activities for young people
- Be registered with NISCC or committed to achieving this prior to commencement.
